8 Amazing Airbnb Listings To Stay A Month At In Porto, Portugal

Porto is one of the most popular cities in Portugal. With a population of roughly 250,000 it currently ranks as the 2nd largest city in Portugal and is known mostly for port wine, beautiful beaches and an abundance of surfing. It’s also an extremely affordable city to travel to for lengthy periods of time. The average Airbnb price for a one month stay is $931. To save you some time and research, we’ve compiled a list of our favorite Airbnb listings in Porto, Portugal. Our selections are based on amenities, location, cost, rating and user reviews. These recommendations are considering accommodations for 2 travelers.

1. S. Bento Flat Downtown (Rating N/A)

Some of the highlighted amenities from this property are a full kitchen, free WiFi, Free Parking and Air Conditioning. The listing looks cute and cozy. A perfect size for two people traveling together. This property also features a large shower, is near a metro station and has a private deck with outdoor seating. Cons about this Airbnb listing are that it’s new to the network and there are currently no visitor reviews.

2. Cosy studio in Clérigos (Rating 4.5/5)

A few highlighted amenities include a full kitchen, WiFi, heating, free street parking and toiletries. Many of the guests have mentioned that this listing is incredibly spacious, clean and well located within the city. Some of the downfalls are not being able to stand up in the bed area, sometimes experiencing flies, limited hot water and often times there is heavy street noise. Most of reviews are really positive and highlight great communication with the host, which is a huge plus in my book. Overall I think the value of this Airbnb is pretty good for two people.

3. Casa com 2 quartos ao Jardim do Morro (Rating 4.5/5)

This listing offers all of the basic required amenities for remote travel work including free WiFi and a quiet work space. It also includes a full kitchen, heating and most notable a washer (which absolutely comes in handy when traveling for long periods of time). This house is in a great location and guests often times note great communication from the host, which is a huge plus. This listing also has perfect guest reviews for over a year. Really the only negative thing to note might be that this property mind remind you of grandma’s house, which might not be that bad of a thing.

4. I love Paris Apartment – Porto City (Rating 4.5/5)

This apartment is very well located in the city and near many of the most popular monuments. This listing also includes the basic features like free WiFi, a furnished kitchen and heat. Some of the most noted points by guests are good communication by the host, listing is located near the metro and has great reviews for over a year without any negative reviews.

5. Port Wine, Romantic view, Large 2bedr 2bath (Rating 5/5)

This is one of my favorite listings in Porto, Portugal. There are so many amazing features for this Airbnb listing. Probably the most exciting is the incredible view of the city and most guests share that a welcome gift was left for them usually including milk, juice, water, bread, ham, tea and coffee. Seriously, that’s so awesome and thoughtful. There’s a great balcony, a spacious main bedroom, high-speed WiFi and free parking. Literally there are no bad reviews for this listing. The discount is fantastic for monthly rentals as well. This seems like one of the better Airbnb listings in all of Porto, Portugal.

Discount: $461 off the total + 10% off for reservations booked longer than 120 days out

Cost: $43 per night or $1,137 per month

6. Charmoso e aconchegante na invicta (Ratings 4.5/5)

This listing has a really modern feel. Everything appears to be updated pretty recently. A lot of guests have high regards for the location, it has a washer and the guests were given a welcome gift containing wine and fruits. This listing does not have any bad reviews. The shower is mentioned often times as small and there’s a 2€ fee per person in cash on arrival.

Cost: $38 per day or $959 per month

7. Close to the city, by the sea! (Rating 5/5)

This Airbnb listing caught my eye because it’s so close to the beach in Porto and is also in central location being close to a good super market. From the one review in English, this area is supposed to be pretty safe. Downfalls of this listing are that it’s very new to Airbnb and only has 7 reviews. All reviews are 5/5 which is a positive sign. If you’re looking for a more inexpensive option that features the basics like free parking and bathroom essentials. It’s worth noting that this listing does not have WiFi.

8. Studio in Oporto (Rating 5/5)

This Airbnb listing in Porto has an incredible view of the city and the host is also consider a “Superhost”. The studio looks well furnished, modern and immaculate. The most notable feature might just be the floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom and the fact that there are no negative reviews left by a their guests. The fact that this listing is 50% off for a month long rental really makes this a steal of a deal.
